Just continue to Rebuild Data to correct the problem. If you receive a message, ' Your data has lost integrity ', the file is damaged. If QuickBooks detected no problems, there's no further action needed.Go to Utilities, then choose Verify Data.If it's still showing the same thing, we can run the Verify/Rebuild utility to detect the damaged data. You can easily toggle a report between cash and accrual views.
Thanks for coming back, It could be that the accounting method used in a report was set to Accrual that's why it's showing as Receivables rather than checking balance.
